Lauren Farley, MD, RPVI

Dr. Farley is a board-certified vascular surgeon with specialized expertise in the treatment of peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, venous disorders, and aneurysmal conditions. She has a particular interest in complex dialysis access and vein-related care, focusing on improving long-term outcomes for patients with advanced vascular needs.

Dr. Farley earned her medical degree from the University of Central Florida and completed her integrated vascular surgery residency at the University of South Florida, where she served as Chief Resident. During her training, she led initiatives in curriculum development and quality improvement and participated as an investigator in multiple clinical trials. Her research has been presented at national conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.

With a strong commitment to reducing the risk of stroke, limb loss, and aneurysm rupture, Dr. Farley emphasizes personalized care plans that support both immediate

and long-term patient health. Her approach combines technical expertise with compassion and clear communication to help patients make informed decisions about

their care.
